Shipping methods:

We ship your orders using UPS Express and Parcel delivery service. You will receive an email with shipment information immediately after pickup. For express deliveries, we guarantee delivery on the next working day (Mon. to Fri. without public holidays) when the order is received and payment is done by 14:00 CET at the latest. Delivery on Saturday is possible exclusively for german addresses and after prior coordinationy.

Shipping costs:

The cheapest shipping to Germany in standard service costs 10.00 EUR, in EU countries we deliver from 20.00 EUR (BE, CZ, SI) from 24.00 EUR (RO, SL, SP, SE, LT, LX, NL, PL) or from 28.00 EUR (remaining). Faster delivery (express service) and higher numbers of items increase these costs.

The exact shipping costs for your order will be communicated to you during the order process. The delivery time can always be found on the product detail pages, as it always depends on the stock quantity and general availability of the ordered products. In case of delays, we will contact you promptly. Any subsequent deliveries are free of charge.
