• Q1: Do you also ship to my country?

  A1: Most likely yes, you can see what countries we ship to in the drop-down at the checkout.

• Q2: How much do I pay for shipping?

  A2: The shipping charge will be added to your order and is visible on your receipt before you check out. The shipping-fee is based on the destination country, the service type selected (express or standart) and the number of items bought. The single items shipping fee start at:
  
  11.90 EUR for Germany
  20.00 EUR for European countrys
  80.00 EUR for all Countrys outside the EU

• Q3: What are the accepted payment methods?

  A3: We accept wire transfer and card payment with MasterCard or VISA via PayPal. Residents within Europen Countries are also offered the option to pay by invoice from your 3rd order.

• Q4: What currency do I pay in?

  A4: The currencies used in this shop are EUR and USD. The currency is chosen automatically depending on your selection in top of the side. The VAT is not included in all our prices, and will be added for German customers in checkout.

• Q5: When do I receive my order?

  A5: We dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days with UPS courier, delivery time will depend on the selected service (economy or express), shipping country and the number of items ordered.

• Q6: Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

  A6: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
