Guarantee and warranty:
The offered PLC modules are available in different quality levels and are distinguished as follows in terms of their condition:
Typ : FSB
Factory new sealed box SIEMENS, the original packing is left un-opened, with a guarantee of 24 months. Please pay attention on limited availability and a possibly longer delivery delay. The assurance of a certain production date or version is not possible for organizational reasons.
Typ : NEW
New assemblies are original SIEMENS spareparts which come from incorrect orders, warehouse resolutions, insolvency, disassembly etc. Those plc-modules were checked intensively before dispatch and they are fully functional, the warranty periode is 12 months! If not in factory sealed box, the goods get delivered in neutral cardboard protective packaging with printed marking. Unused goods can show signs of storage.
Typ : USD
Used modules are worked up carefully refurbished, examined in detail, and after testing equipped with a 2-month warranty. We expressly point out that used goods may show signs of use or little damages, but which does not affect the function and does not entitle you to claim or exchange! Each item is packed in esd-shielded protection bag for a save handling and conservation.
Typ : REP
Repairs are possible on many devices in the exchange process. For short-term voting / registration of your repair, please send an email to info@sps-service.eu - usually the replacement part can be sent after a few hours. Your defective unit, we expect to be in within 7 days (arriving). Missing returns are getting invoiced basing on the well-known theorems for USED parts. ®
